Why we chose the wedge fry.
We know everyone has a certain style of french fry that is their favorite and who are we to disagree, we love them all. Originally we used a 1/2 inch standard cut and it worked well for the variety of our seasoned fries paired with house dippings sauces. When we decided to expand our idea to offer customizable loaded fry bowls large enough to be a meal, we needed a style of fry that could hold up to the weight of all those toppings. The wedge cut offered an eating experience more like a loaded baked potato but with way more possiblities.
